Special Breakfast

This morning Nathania decided to try out making Eggs Benedict for the first time!  I wholeheartedly approved of the experiment.  Here's the result:



They were great!  She used sourdough bread (we didn't have any English muffins), which gave them a bit more of a tang that was really good.  I like it when she experiments in the kitchen!

  1. Wish I lived closer. The last time I enjoyed Eggs Benedict was in a great little restaurant in Gig Harbor, WA. I can still remember that wonderful flavor. Way to go Nathania on another success!
